Essential Skills:

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Node.js, React.js, or Vue.js is often preferred.
- Experience with headless commerce, PWAs, and Shopify Plus is also advantageous.

Are you passionate about scalable processes, love clean workflows, and want to make marketing automation truly effective?As a (CRM) Marketing Automation & Operations Manager (m/f/d), you'll ensure that our customer journeys run smoothly, data-driven, and efficiently. You'll be our tech brain behind HubSpot, automating systematically, and working with Marketing & Sales to build a setup that inspires – without manual intervention.
- You develop, build, and maintain smart flows along the customer journey – from trial to upsell, from churn prevention to re-engagement.
- You ensure that our data is clean, segmentable, and meaningful – and lay the foundation for good decisions.
- You are our power user in HubSpot, building workflows, dashboards, reports – and getting the most out of the tool.
- You automate handovers, optimize lead routing, scoring, and processes between marketing and sales.
- You observe, measure, test—and continuously improve our automations. Anything that doesn't work will be optimized.

What should you bring with you?
For us, marketing automation isn't just technology—it's a key to delighting our customers digitally, personally, and scalably.Are you a (CRM) marketing automation professional with strategic vision and a knack for smart workflows? Do you want to systematically activate and retain self-service customers—with the perfect mix of data, tools, and intuition?
- You have at least 3 years of experience working with CRM systems in a B2B environment (ideally HubSpot), marketing automation and customer journeys – preferably in a SaaS, tech or digital marketing environment.
- You feel comfortable with systems like HubSpot, segment data cleanly, build automated workflows, and think in terms of scalable processes.
- You recognize potential for improvement early on and think of solutions that improve processes, results and collaboration.
- You can interpret performance figures and derive clear recommendations from them.
- You enjoy driving issues forward independently, are keen to take on responsibility and want to make a real impact with your ideas.
- You enjoy working with different teams – especially marketing, sales and customer success – and know how important a coordinated funnel with perfect handovers is.
- You have a fluent and confident command of German – both for campaign texts and internal coordination. English is no stumbling block for you.
